Sometimes getting fit can be not so fun and downright boring. Not here though because we’re working out like super-star martial artists! Learning to use our entire body to protect ourselves and our families. In our action-packed classes, you’ll tighten up your core, gain lean muscle on your arms and legs, and have an absolute blast. 

No two workouts are ever the same and we DON'T use military style yelling or body shaming. After all, we want you to have a ton of fun here, and keep coming back. Plus, our instructors know they’ll get the best possible performance out of you when you’re in a good mood. That’s when we’re at our best too!
